Community Notes is a feature on Twitter which writers give context on tweets that doesn't have full or any context added to them. I made a few contributions.
Denis was not arrested. There is no official news report online that reports Denis being arrested. There's other tweets that claim Denis is arrested but they have different reasons than "dodging taxes for seven years".
This is a common interaction bait scam. Verified accounts on X are unable to giveaway the checkmark, you have to buy it yourself, including the Company Verified.
There are several tweets with these scams as well, so please keep in mind that you cannot get the checkmark this way.
